APEX Construction is owned and operated by John Keane. John is a result oriented, hands-on construction and development professional with over 25 years of experience in all facets of the industry.
John has a verifiable track record for the successful completion of multimillion dollar projects through coordinating trades, developing partnerships, as well as maintaining an active, positive role with the architectural and engineering team, local officials, and vendors. His attention to details and ability to maintain costs and schedule are what make him a valuable asset to each project.
John is well-versed in contract negotiations; project estimating; impending design problems; document preparation; building codes and regulations; material purchasing; and site management through certificate of occupancy.
